Apparently the 3rd time is the charm. We finally met with a judge (well we just sat there and looked pretty while our lawyer met with the judge.) Andrews grandmother came in for the hearing and it hopefully made clear any issues wth Andrews relinguishment. We presented cases for both children and then were given a date for the ruling - November 11th!!!
So, now we have decided to return home since we don't have to be back for the ruling or the passport application. We have missed K greatly and we know that the process has happened like this for a reason. We are making arrangements to change our return flight now and not sure when we will return. Likely this weekend. We will then return just after Thanksgiving once we know that the ruling is in our favor and we have received the passports.

Love the photo and we were so happy to talk to you this morning. Hopefully time will fly and Nov. 11th will come quickly. Keira is doing well and has quite the social agenda for the next three days! Thanks so much for keeping us informed and want you to know that you are in our prayers constantly.

YES!!!!! I am so thrilled for you guys!! The picture is awesome. You all look so happy and perfect--the only missing part is Miss Keira. She will be so happy to see you guys again. Let me know if you need anything for the trip back, or anything in the meantime. We love you guys tons.

I love the picture Trent! K is going to be SO excited to have you come back sooner than we all thought. I know it will be hard to come back without T and Faith but I think this is working out best for everyone. I am SO glad it went well today...I too woke up in the middle of the night and was tossing and turning thinking about you guys. Love you tons!
You guys are all the best! Thank you all again so much for your help and daily prayers. It will be very hard coming home without T and Faith but we will now be home with family for Thanksgiving and back in time with our whole family for Christmas. Please continue to pray that the judge grants us Guardianship.

Yay!!! I was thinking about you guys all day and hoping the third time would be the charm. These little kids have stolen my heart already and I can't wait to be able to see them in person. This Christmas will be such a special one.
